Modifying my Sites Navigation

I also see several Navigation items that don't go anywhere.

Anything labeled as a Custom Link and with a Pound Sign (#) for the URL is a dummy link (it goes nowhere) and the Menu Items should be replaced with an actual Page/Post link.
