It is important to us that you know and understand our billing process. Below is a basic break down of each process and typical charges.
Monthly Hosting
Monthly hosting is billed to the credit card that you have provided, and charged at the end of each month for services for the upcoming month. You will receive a receipt with every successful charge (not an invoice). Should the transaction fail, you will receive an email notification with a link asking you to update your billing information online. Should you have more than 1 website, all monthly fees will be consolidated into one charge.
Yearly Licensing Fees
All yearly licensing fees are automatically charged to your card at the end of the 12th month. Yearly licensing fees start the month you go live (your 1st years basics are covered in the the initial setup fee) and are for any apps, extensions or plugins used in maintaining your website/business online.
An example of these license fees may look like:
Basics: (most sites)
- Divi Base & Builder: $49/yr
- Divi Booster: $19/yr
- Site Origin CSS: $29/yr
- Better Search Pro: 29/yr
- Ninja Forms: $49/yr
- Envira Gallery: $49/yr
Extras: (some sites may include some)
- Ninja MailChimp: $49/yr
- Yoast Pro: $99/yr
- Vimeography: $89/yr
- WC Authorize.net: $80/yr
- WC UPS Shipping: $80/yr
- WC Product Bundles: $49/yr

Individual Projects
All projects are invoiced when the project is completed. At that time invoices are created and emailed to you for your review. If you have provided a credit card for us to charge services and fees, we will attempt to charge your credit card on the following business day. You will receive a receipt with every successful charge and should the transaction fail, you will receive an email notification with a link asking you to update your billing information online. All invoices are due upon receipt and are past due 10 days later.
