If you are using ILGM's email servers your spam filtering is being handles by Nuvotera formally SpamSoap, and there may be a time where you have a need to get access to what is being quarantined and/or change what is allowed and not allowed to be sent to you.
This Support Article will help you achieve those goals.
If you have any spam you'll like get a quarantine report sent to you daily - and it looks like this:
If you have one of these you can just click on the "View list of all quarantined messages" and this will take you to your Nuvotera Console where you can manage all your spam settings.
